The Guild has recently acquired a range of bookbinding equipment, including the remarkable 7-in-1 'Omnia Libris' bookbinding press, handmade by the Fragkioudakis Family in Greece, and sold in the UK by Eden Workshops as well as a finishing stove and a selection of new and antique brass tools. Since bookbinding is a new venture, we are at present primarily rebinding books for our own library, although we will be taking outside bookbinding commissions in the near future, so please do contact us if you have something in need of re-binding. In addition, the Buittle Craft Guild will soon be offering bookbinding courses at the Guild's headquarters led by a local master bookbinder.

A book from our library, previously in an extremely poor state, was completely re-sewn onto new cords, and re-bound in red tooled sheepskin, with Florentine marbled endpapers.
